Return/Refund Policy

For damaged prints we will replace the damaged print at no cost to the buyer. Damaged prints may include broken stretcher bars, torn, warped or loose canvas. If there is damage upon receiving your items please take a picture of damaged products and email to

We print the file exactly as it is received, therefore please make sure all adjustments (color corrections, cropping, etc.) have been made prior to sending. Once the file has been sent for printing no adjustments will be made. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure any adjustments have been made to the files prior to sending them.

Note: Colors on print may not match exactly with the digital image file due to differences in computer settings, monitor calibrations, etc., there may be slight variation in colors.

If there is no damage to the print or if the buyer is simply unsatisfied with the general appearance of the print we may offer a reprint or refund however in these cases the buyer must return the items at their own expense.
